brook was the #1 welterweight. ggg's trying to fight everyone in his division while ward is not. hes avoiding a rematch with kovalev and refuses to fight stevenson so the answer clearly is ggg is trying to fight better competition.
He's trying to fight everyone in his division by fighting WW's? Makes perfect sense.

Ward moved up a weight class to fight the #1 rated Lightheavyweight in the killer Kovalev and g string drug the number 3 or 4 rated welterweight up not one but two weight classes for a fight so who's trying to fight good competition and who isn't?
GGG is fighting good competition in a very short time. Surely nobody could be ****** and ignorant enough to say Jacobs is not good competition. GGG tried to fight two good middleweights in Saunders and Eubank and only fought Brook when those two refused to fight him. Don't talk like Brook was his first choice when you know he wasn't. Ward fought some mediocre fighters himself recently prior to fighting Kovalev.

Saunders and Eubank are good since when?

Yes Ward fought mediocre fighters after having time off. Golovkin has fought mediocre fighters his whole career. He turned down A-level Ward and is pissing about asking for more than he's worth with Canelo.

GGG beat zombie ward. That's why I think Dawson was an idiot for fighting ward at 168. Dawson was never the same boxer after that fight.

Really don't understand why Andre Ward didn't move down to Light Middleweight and fight Saul Alvarez. It's only fourteen pounds difference from Super Middleweight...

Not in the least. K2 told Ward that they wont be available for a fight until 2017 so Ward moved on, which he rightfully should have. He had no business left at 168.

He moved up because he couldn't make 168 anymore.

BUUUT BUUUT GGG is shat on for not moving up to 168 to fight ward. I'm confused, if ward is unable to make 168, why do people talk **** about GGG fighting him there?

Because they are desperate to make Golovkin look bad. Problem is nobody really knows what happened with the so called negotiations, there seems to be a number of conflicting reports.

Anyway, people from both sides need to let this go. Ward is at 175 now. Thanks.
