Yea his resume is crap lol

      Manuel Medina 5x featherweight titlist

Tom Boom Boom Johnson was a longtime IBF titlist n beat several good fighters

Kevin Kelley was a mainstay @ 126 in the 90s

      Wilfredo vazquez 3 weight champion

      Cesar soto

Silver medalist and world champ Wayne McCullough

I didn't even name all the best he fought

Its about time posters start thinking for themselves and research the fighters instead of repeat something you read or heard

      He fought good opposition
The thing that sucks fans in is when they stay home and fight name guys that are on the way down, the name fighters on his resume like Johnson Kelly Vasquez Medina etc were ALL on their way down.

Its how they market fighters outside the USA they will bring name guys that are on the slide or they fighting in a heaver division giving away advantages , and then when the time comes to take on in-form elite guys in the USA they get beat.

Lots of HOF guys with ordinary resumes and few shot names , you just got to know when a name on a resume is a guy in his best form or a name about to retire who has slipped a lot.

Its not just about a name, when you beat that name is more indicative in quality of that win, perfect example is Jeff Horn beating Randel Bailey.

By your idea Ottke is ATG material.

But to be fair Hameds resume is not to bad I was harsh saying its crap.

You do realize Medina won world titles after his loss to hamed right and remained a top ten 126er well into the 2000s

McCullough was in his prime, so was bungu and ingle

It seems you don't know much about who he fought.... No disrespect

Very, very good fighter and there's really no shame in losing a 12 round decision to that version of Barrera anyway. People judge him too harshly on that for some reason, which is odd because MAB was a brilliant fighter.

Naseem had plenty of good wins. Not to mention his hands were shot and he was barely taking boxing seriously by the time he even fought MAB. I'm not sure it would have made any difference or not but it's true.

But yeah, he was a pretty long reigning world champ, cleaned out his division and has one 12 round UD loss to a great fighter. That's a pretty good career. He also brought a lot of attention and money to those weights like Featherweight at the time.

Prince Naseem Hamed gets underrated and he should be in the hall of fame already!

My personal opinion is that he fought overrated fighters thus making him overrated in turn. As stated he had the potenial to be classed as an elite but quit once her go beat.

He is in the hall of fame since 2015. He didn't attend the ceremony though due to being unable to enter USA because of his convictions.

British ATG with a much much better resume than the vastly overrated Vacant title paper champ King Froch. Who many here consider an ATG lol.
