I had so much respect for canelos resume, until he showed the boxing world he was a fraud when he lied about wanti to fight GGG after Cotto. GBP made it sound like that fight was on after Cotto.

I hate Chavez, but I hope that Torta eating lazing mexican clown who now fights in front food trucks in mexico, knocks canelo he fck out.

Not much to disagree with, GGG fought Lemiuex and canelo fought Cotto, snd they were supposed to meet after that. That's what we were sold and told Would happen. Canelo and Hoya made it sound like they were completely dedicated to making it happen, they never had any real intentions though.

I believed canelo/hoya based on the fact, Oscsr fought everyone, and canelo seemed more than willing to fight everyone based on his past.

But Canelo backed out of it to fight dudes he had no place being in the ring with. so fck him, now I have to root for the human Torta.

Fck this rinky dink ass sport.

I think there is more to the fight not happening than that.

And I think Lil g is as much or more to blame than Kid Cinnamon.

The great ones all take chances financially and with weight.

Gennady doesn't appear to want to do either, and this without any really elite scalps on his belt.

          Not good, man.

If ggg walks from 15 million that would be ****** but if they are only offering 10 million that is nothing for a fight thats going to generate at least 50 million after ppv providers and hbo gets paid. If the fight does 1 million ppv's at 70 a pop that is 70 million in revenue. Ppv providers get between 40-45 percent and hbo gets 7.5 percent so thats about 50 percent which leaves the promoters with 35 million. Add the live gate which should be over 10 million, plus mexican t.v. and british ppv and worldwide t.v. revenue and spinsorships and endorsements should equal over 10 million, which leaves the promoters with about 55 million, minus 5 million for promotion and expenses, leaves them with around 50. 10 million is a 80/20 split. 15 million would be more fair.

try and tell that to the other golovkin fans

If one of them is abducted by aliens, no fight and so on. This is not rocket science. The point is that Golovkin is running a greater risk than Canelo at many levels. For one, he is less likely to lose. Paradoxically, he incurs a greater risk of financial loss in the form of $15 million because of that Think about it.

yep, ANYTHING could happen within the next 12 months

if GGG loses that fight, and that HUGE payday, Ima laugh my **** off

nah, fk rinky dinky ass fans

become a fan of the sport, not a fan of a particular fighter

Mr " anyone from 154-168 " could have fought Canelo after he beat Cotto..... cept he totally refused to negotiate on the weight

oh, and the guy who can beat "anyone from 154-168"..... ALSO totally refused to negotiate on the weight with the lil old faded 153lb SUPERSTAR Miguel Cotto as well..... who was, and likey still is, his best possible payday
                      .
oh wait, I just remembered..... Mr "anyone from 154-168" totally killed the Ward fight back in June 2015 when he demanded 164 as well

                      1) you fans believed all that 154-168 bullshht, then you completely failed to call out lil'G when he shat the bed

                      2) lil'G has killed EVERY opportunity to make a meaningful fight..... not Ward, nor Cotto, NOR Canelo..... the common-denominator is clearly Hypekin

                      3) there is 15mil sitting on the table, and Mr "businessman" walked away..... and yet, you would prefer to blame Canelo LMAO
