I dunno what 2 means when we already established they did get upside. For 1, or course GGGs guarantee should drop given fair upside. Feeble attempt at defending unprecedented demands

Then he's taking a gamble by not excepting the offer. and if the fight doesn't get made then he shouldn't complain. Also golovkin does the same thing to other boxers. He claims to be the A side. Example with "Ward"[/QUOTE]

Did you forget Ward took 2 years off and GGG is knocking out every fighter who was willing to get in the ring with him. Funny how you GGG haters justify bs for Ward and his DiVa ways. Work your way back to A side money that simple

There you go. Hunter is not siding with Canelo on this flat-fee offer.

That's why your user name is semi-great cause daring to be great isn't in you or your boy Connello. Money money excuses excuses.

Look, you want to say it is not "fair", I agree with you.

But, again, this aint about "fair", and frankly not a whole lot in the fight game is.

Amir Khan has scores of British fans.
Jr. has scores of Mexican fans still.
That HAS TO BE factored in when they negotiate.

Lil g can sell out arenas, yes, but he is nowhere near those two as far as popularity yet.

And there is zero evidence that he can bring fans to the dance when buys are involved.

That might change with Jacobs, but I doubt it.

Hunter also thought Khan could beat Canelo. Hunter is another guy who just has one star fighter, like most trainers, and is not by any means an expert of anything

Dude nobody gives a **** about Khan. Chavez TV ratings are in the dumps 3 year straight, last fight off TV. Don't give me that ****.

And that's why a flat fee is a no go. If it doesn't sell much more than Khan lol, GGG should get way under 15m. If it sells amazing, his purse should reflect that.

By the way how many delays has GBP put up to avoid this fight? Who called out who in the ring? Who gave up the wbc belt to avoid a manditory fight? Who is the 4 belt champ of the world? Who is knocking every one out? who is willing to fight him? It's funny how some of you who defend Connello, then blame GGG ,but leave out important facts to justify the ducking that's preventing this fight.

You don't have to be an expert, all these guys know flat fees are a joke for a fight like this. Just a continuation of Canelos famous duck
