The other day, the thread about "what if Floyd was white" got me thinking, what if El Chino was mexican? Mexican champions are always great for business in the eyes of the promoters, they are one of the biggest fanbase. Canelo basically lost every round vs floyd yet he got a draw in one card, Chino fought the fight of his life vs Floyd and also got a draw.

Would it have affected the result of the fight if El Chino was mexican? he put an excellent fight in the first one and was coming from a tremendous victory vs Broner
