Explain? Jacobs and his team are clearly not very confident of getting the win, as reflected by their talk of 'trying' and 'attempting' to put the beatdown on GGG. Goddamn, Jacobs has even been quoted as saying, 'One punch could change everything' - he knows he only has a puncher's chance. When asked how he sees the fight going, Virgil says: "It's hard to say... could be a fight where you'd expect Golovkin to win, but anything could happen..." Hmmm, fighting words these are not.

Big ears Jacobs is a respectable average fighter with some decent boxing skills. GGG is much better and at a another level. You're probably right, we all have our biases... Trying to take a step back and be objective, though, it still just seems to me that there's no way Jacobs can win this except by getting lucky
