How is he a fraud? He's given the sport all the fights they asked of him. The GGG one is coming up.
Everyone wanted him to step up vs Trout, said he was ducking, he did it. Everyone wanted to see Mayweather vs Canelo, it happened. Everyone said he's ducking Lara, he fought him. Everyone wanted to see him vs Cotto, they made the fight. He got a couple of gimme fights in 2016 and a big money fight with Chavez Jr now, but then he'll be right back to giving fans the fights they want to see in September when he fights GGG (If GGG beats Jacobs as he's expected to).
I don't see how he's a fraud when he's missing just one fighter on his res, out of many that fans have asked him to fight.Comment

Can't add to anything to what you wrote. That way of thinking is the difference between REAL boxing fans and shty, salty, Casual fans that drop fighters like trash once they get a loss...How is he a fraud? He's given the sport all the fights they asked of him. The GGG one is coming up.

Everyime I read something this guy said I can't help imagining he is whispering it to the reporter's ear. You know; healing whispers, magical, motivational miraculous whispers to the ear of sweating black men at the corner.Comment

He has been prancing around basically his entire career. The only "risk" Alvarez has taken was Erislandy Lara. As for Trout, obviously Alvarez had to step up to that level eventually, if he can't beat a guy like Trout he's not worth much. His resume is one of the most heavily manufactured resume's I've ever seen, you can tell from the beginning and still today Alvarez has been thoroughly protected, apart from vs Lara. What a risk the comparatively tiny Cotto and mayweather were, fights anyone and everyone would take for the megabucks. How is he a fraud? He's given the sport all the fights they asked of him. The blatant ducking of Golovkin for Khan and Smith has just nudged me off leniency on the guys fraudulent career of hasbeens and featherdusters, I'd find it very funny if he lost to Chavez.
Thinking about it Chavez is probably the biggest risk Canelo has taken, so the odds seem nice.Comment
