I pick Eubanks only because he has achieved nothing, yet honestly believes he is a superstar.

Khan would come close, but Khan has achieved a great deal for somebody with no chin whatsoever.

To me, the biggest idiot in boxing is Tyson Fury. Here we have the guy that had become "THE MAN" by beating Klitschko, only to get popped with PED, get fat and out of shape, binge on coke, and give it all up.

It's Chris Eubank Sr for me. When he stands by his son's corner between rounds, he not only looks like an idiot in his ****** get-up but he doesn't do anything but stand in the way, to say look at me. An ego maniac and a half.

So true. Might not be an idiot, though. More of a coward IMO...

A couple of other posters mentioned Fury too. I think I should have included him on the poll. I doubt he would have beaten Angel Garcia though.

Not the best fight to be made, but the opponent has a lot of momentum and the power to knock anyone's block off.
It depends on perspective. From a fan's perspective, Quackenson appears to be a coward who avoided making great fights, a huge name for himself & a large fortune. One would think him an idiot for that. But...

From Stevenson's perspective, he's an old fighter with limited time to make his fortune. One big loss could have derailed his career. So, he took some mediocre fights that collectively paid enough to amass a small fortune, with minimal risk. Maybe he's not such an idiot after all...

1 fight with Hop I think would've have earned him a lot more. Another with Kovalev the same. Not to mention the recognition and imprint that his name would have had he fought and won those 2 fights. We know how well PBC paid their fighters, and who knew what would've been the bid placed by either party in the Kov purse bid.

He got paid, yes. That's true. However, he had 2 potential big money fights right in front of them and missed out on both of them.

You're missing the point though. Bhop was upsetting younger fighters, & Kovalev was Krushing just about everyone he fought. Don't you think Stevenson would have jumped at the chance to fight them both, if he actually thought he'd win? A loss to the old man could have knocked him way down the ladder. A loss to Kovalev could have injured his body & confidence, which could have put his career in jeopardy.
