Danny Garcia hasn't been tested by VADA for the Thurman fight

    Updated with new video

Angel says they do USADA voluntarily. This brings up an issue Breadman wrote about a cpl of days ago which caught my eye:

The WBC clean testing program is done by VADA. It puts fighters in the top 15 who are ranked by the WBC in a random pool of VADA testing. But it doesn’t guarantee you will be tested. It just allows for VADA to randomly select you if they choose to. It enters a fighter in a random pool. I think it’s great the WBC did this. Now what Deontay Wilder is doing is slightly different. He’s paying for VADA testing which insures that him and his opponents are randomly tested throughout camps which is a higher level of testing than just being in the random pool. - See more at: http://www.boxingscene.com/daily-bre....0SGpBjwf.dpuf

So the WBC VADA testing is like UKAD. If the computer doesn't randomly select the fighter he could go years without being tested.

I checked the USADA and only 3 boxers have been tested this year by USADA and Garcia isn't on the list.

I could be wrong be it seems that some are confusing the random 365 protocol for the top fifteen boxers ( including champion) with the dope testing that a championship fight is by law set to take place. So Vada has been popping all these guys lately but now they are no good because Danny has not been tested? and we still got time.

Doesn't look like they put pro fighters on those lists just amateurs, Mayweather and Pacquiao aren't on the 2015 one.
