I'd rather see Alvarez fight Andrade or Charlos or another top 154, or a top middleweight, and not weight-class-less Chavez jr.

Would rather see Chavez Jr fight a named 168 pounder like Bute, Quillian, hell i'd even take Arthur Abraham.

I don't want to see this fight..am I the only one?

LOL, this fight is pretty meaningless. I mean at his best, Jr. was fairly pedestrian, his best asset was he was bigger than his opponent, and he was a tough, relentless dude.

But we dont know if hes at his best.

BUT, even though Im pretty much a Canelo hater, it may be a fun fight. I dont see Canelo getting Jr. out of there easy. Jr. is tough at least. If he hangs around long enough, maybe Jr. can make it interesting.

As much as I dislike Canelo's hi******* of the "MW title", I wont begrudge him making some coin with this publicity stunt of a fight. May as well make some easy money while your ducking challenges at MW.

and since Jr. represents so much of what I embody - likes weed, eats too much, is a slacker -- I cant help but pull for him WAR JR!!

Unless they are allowed knives in the ring, this fight doesn't interest me - won't be watching.

Canelo's name doesn't draw me in enough to get past the fact that it's going to be a mismatch.
