Boxing Fans And Boxers Should Only Recognize The WBC As Boxing Sole Organization

They are the only Organization making logical and beneficial changes to the sport that has a direct impact on the wellness and safety of the fighters involved and not to mention the betterment of the sport itself.

The WBC under Mauricio Sulaiman control has been establishing themselves and making its claim to the be the sole organization that both boxing fans, boxing, and boxer themselves should only recognize.



We as boxing fans should stop calling fighters of any other organization whether its the WBA,WBO,IBF or any other alphabet organization's champions and boxer's should do the same as well. I know its will be hard at first like so many important and drastic changes typically are but with this change will come a better boxing world and a better sport. This means some of us will have to make sacrifices, swallow our pride and denounce some of our favorite fighters as champions.

We as fans are the key to making this single recognized organization "one champion" notion and dream come to fruition, with us denying other organization's the recognition we strip them of their prestige and render their "belts" comical and inferior which will translate into boxers not caring about those titles because they no longer will be the leveraging chips that they are in the negotiation table to demand for more money anymore.

Yes it will be a hard slow road and be extremely shaky at first but with commitment and consistency (key) it can come into fruition.

I from here on out will not recognize any boxer as a champion unless they are the WBC champion,

I agree in the sense that they have the best (only?) drug testing policy that I'm aware of. What else have they done that's positive though, that's not motivated by money?

Probably the most corrupt org out there but the only good thing about WBC is their VADA.. rest of the **** they pull is outright pathetic

They have the best rankings and I like that they have mandatory drug testing and 30 day weigh-ins, but they could still be better at enforcing mandatories and are clearly biased towards big sellers

I wish we could phase out the WBO and WBA, but I don't see the belt holders' promoters allowing that
