What are the tell tale signs that a fighter is weight drained during the fight?

If Spence KO's him in the first round does that mean Kell was weight drained?

If Brook tires as the fight goes on does that mean he was weight drained or was it the accumulation of body shots from Spence?

Let's get this on record right now so we can tell the difference between being weight drained or losing to a better fighter regardless of weight.

It massively effects punch resistance and overall strength in general.

Rubbery legs, lack of snap on punches, a fall off in technique.

It's not an excuse ever. He has 13 weeks to lose the weight.

If Brook is weight drained that could effect his punch resistance Dawson vs Ward

Sallow cheeks at the weigh in.

Not getting a good sweat on before entering the ring. This is the clearest sign. If a fighter is dried out he won't sweat or won't sweat properly. Rehydratation is so important.

And if they get weighed the night if and they haven't gained much or anything back.

Oscar against Manny was text book. He lost too much weight and looked like a skeleton and then actually lost weight between the weighin and the night of. He looked dry in the ring and when he started to sweat it was not an even sweat.

How can you tell the difference between punch resistance and being hit by a big puncher?

Weak legs, their stability looks weak! and they seem to ether stumble about more easily when hit! or their movement seems negatively effected! When Miguel Cotto fought Manny Pacquiao, he was stumbling about and looked unsteady on his feet from the opening bell! Cotto's core strength and leg strength in my opinion have always been his strongest asset! (But they where severely impacted during that fight, because he had out grown the weight class)....

(So overall the easiest way to spot a weight drained fighter, is to see how they react when they are hit! focus on the strength their legs and core stability)....
