And the event will be huge, more like a sideshow instead of an actual fight but I'm a fan of Floyd and I'd like to see him one last time before he never comes back.

As far as PPV sales this thing will be drived by mainstream public, most of the buyers will be MMA fans that I can guarantee, and the other part will be casuals, with boxing fans being a very little minority on the buying end.

Got no doubt this would sell a lot, but being honest I just don't see this beating the 4.4 mill that Mayweather vs Pacquiao did back then, that's a huuuuuge humber and I don't see that record being broke in the near future.
If it happens, I see 2-3M. With Mayweather, UFC, and ESPN hyping this, it will round up the casuals.

I don't wanna see mayweather play a million dollar game of tag with the winner.. rather see the winner fight spence-brook... let may hold his circus. More entertainment in all these fights this way.

Mcgregor would look as ****** as James Toney looked when he tried to cross over. Mayweather is digracing his own legacy by doing this, fighting a guy in his debut. If he doesn't win in one round it's a fail.

This fight will not take place anytime soon unless they give Dana White a huge percentage of the fight earnings or McGregor gets out of his contract. All talk of this silly fight is irrelevant now.

About the only satisfaction I'll get out of this is not seeing a professional boxer getting in the octagon for this one. I see absolutely no chance of McGregor winning but look forward to the trash talk.

I just don't see it happening. Dana has made it clear he will sue the **** out of Conor if he fights Floyd. Is it really worth it?

Poor Conor in the sense of how bad he's going to get embarrassed. Rich Conor in what he'll earn in trade for his dignity.

Mayweather was with Smith on Saturday at the Warriors-Thunder NBA game in Oklahoma City, where Mayweather passed along that information. Smith also said that Mayweather reminded him that nothing is official until contracts are signed.

How in the world do you describe the Floyd-Pac fight as "infamous"?
I can understand idiotic boxing "fans" who don't understand the sweet science and all they care for is Gatti's style of brawling.
Gatti was known for brawling and he was literally destroyed by Floyd in a "boring" fight for idiotic boxing fans but you as a writer who writes about boxing, how the fcuk do you describe that fight as "infamous".

Floyd beat Pacman easily and clearly in a boxing match. It's very simple and unless you are Filipino or hang out in bars all the time enjoying bar-room brawls then the fight becomes boring for you.

So either write as a boxing expert or shut the hell up and go watch bar fights
