I think Wilder has a confidence issue as these big makeable fights always seem to be 'down the line'......seems like a good guy but it's time to stop the easy predictable soft fights and show why he would knockout a top level guy like AJ.

You guys are severly underatting just how good Joshua is and what a big differance in talent he is compared to Wilder . No one in boxing history has ever faced a guy like Wlad Klitchko in 19 fights, 41 or not .

Wilder vs Fury is the more equal and entertaining match !
Mike Tyson didn't start his career as a decorated Olympian and a well known athlete in his country.

So he didn't have to fight mediocre fighters with good looking records to draw gullible casuals in front of screens of their TVs... He only had to fight mediocre fighters to pump his record, just like Joshua is.

Anthony Joshua was already Anthony Joshua before he started his professional career. Unlike Mike Tyson.

Now he's fighting Klitschko and we'll find out if he can prove that he's the real deal...Just like Mike Tyson did when he beat Larry Holmes.

Its not about being an olympian its about number of FIGHTS which he has more extensive amatuer background than Joshua, Tyson was even sparring guys like C.Williams at age 15 as well.

Joshua has fought better guys ,anyone can look up both records. Tyson had his OWN video game before anyone actually knew who he was outside hard core older fans when internet was non existant, you are wrong there too.

Holmes didnt have a prayer agains Tyson...klitchko can punch that is why this is a great fight.

My point is, neither Tyson or Joshua fought anybody worth of notice or anybody with the realistic chance of beating them until they fought respectively Holmes and Klitschko.

I hope you're tbh. But I can't watch Wilder and not think that guy is incredibly dangerous.

Joshua has faced good competition really and deserves credit.

I always just think all heavyweight are liable to be taken out at some point coming up. They usually are. That's why I love the heavyweights!

That guy is delusional; he's talking like Klitschko is the favorite lol They better hope he's able to walk out on his own after the fight; he was so afraid to get hit in the Fury fight it was sad (and Fury doesn't even hit hard for their size)

The closest one since Tyson is Joshua ,a fighter who walks down his opposition and continuously hits them when they miss and throws in combination punching and a style built to take you out early . One of the reasons why Molina stood in there with Wilder but was knocked out in 3 with Joshua with ease .
Agreed 100%. And for those who think Wilder's gonna get to Joshua early I say not happening. Wilder is pathetic the first 2-4 rounds usually, only winning on cards because he's Wilder in Alabama fighting. I've said it many times, he doesn't even follow Boxing 101 until rounds 3-4. The thing I'll be concerned about will be those who have to be around Wilder after Joshua thrashes him for a beatdown. Wilder is an ego blown narcissist. He won't be able to handle a defeat, and he will be flat out embarrassed in London.

The point is Aj is fighting a TRUE puncher with 20 years experiance in 19 fights....the FIRST guy guy of substance Tyson fought was Tucker in his 30/31 fight. joshua isnt supposed to fight any one like that this should be obvious in 19 fights. Joshua can do this because he has the talent to do it. i would NOT favor Tyson against Wlad in 19 fights stylistically he would over come to much size and ring IQ.
