I'd rather see Pac/Khan in UAE than Pac/Horn in Oz. And regardless of if UAE allows betting, they still can house a huge fight. The arenas don't get a cut of the bets places on off shore sites or Vegas' books, or illegal bookies in general. So why would that be a deterant at all?
