Incidently Brook has walked around between fights at over 180lb for some time before the Golovkin fight. He isnt coming down any more for Spence than he did for Porter.

There's a interview with Spence from a while back when he was not training dude joked that there in person Spence looked like a heavyweight so I'd recon Spence also walks around at about 175lbs himself... Spence has a really weird slender frame that's just beginning to fill out yet he had to work himself down to fight 147...

No excuses... Spence, similar to brook, walks around in the 180s.. they BOTH are big welterweights. Yes thats a long way to go for Brook but he has chosen to do so. No excuses if he falls short against Spence and vise versa. The better man will win in May.

Spence is a lot younger, faster, and better than Porter. Spence is a southpaw! Brook barely won the Porter fight! This was not a good decision for Brook!

Yes, I agree, this is a tough fight for Brook (but that's what being a World Champion should be about!), I was just pointing out that Brook has been a "big welter" for some time now.

styles make fights.thurman also struggled against porter,because porter has a awkward style.

spence has a completely different style,which wont be so awkward to deal with.

both these boxers have skills,and they both could win by tko,or even ko.

i believe brook will win,because im still not convinced by spences chin.

Brook has been big for some time. However his team didn't ask him to go to 154 until now! That should tell us (and Brook) something!
