Brook is better than Thurman

Brrok has better footwork, a better jab, and better defense. I think Brook may not hit as hard, but has plenty of power for 147 and throws accurate unches.

I also think Brooks victory over Porter was MUUUCH more impressive than thurmans. I just want to put this to rest before the Spence fight.

i agree Brook is the superior fighter.
Brook is one of the most well schooled, relaxed fighters in that ring.

I dont get the hype around Thurman. He is like a poor man's David Haye.

Thurman cant really box. He is quick with his feet but he runs alot in all kinds of direction without a purpose. Amatuer

It's hard to say. I'm inclined to agree, but you can't really judge for their one common opponent because they have different styles. Brook is more technical, but in that sense also less dynamic and explosive than Thurman.

Fortunately it'll get sorted out soon enough. Two cracking welterweight bouts to look forward to that have real significance. It's been a while.

Brook says he kills himself to make 147. Thurman has no problem making 147 without draining himself. That could make a difference in Thurman's favor. They both beat Porter by about the same small amount.
