i think Cotto will roll over Malignaggi, i dont think the Italien has a chance, but boxrec.com has Malignaggi ranked at 86th among light welters, how meaningful will that win be for Cotto and his fans

I am one of the people that think Malignaggi wins.

I never said Cotto is a bum. I never said he's overrated - read my posts. Don't generalize.

If Cotto wins, i'll give him some props - but not too much.

In a way, it's because this is more of a test for Paulie than it is for Cotto. If Paulie wins, he gets crazy props because he is the underdog - ont in my eyes, but in most people's.

Also, because Paulie hasn't really proven himself yet, just because i think he'll win doesn't mean i think he's a good fighter. This fight is the point at which he makes it or fades. If he's as good as i hope he is, he'll beat Cotto. If i've overrated him, then IM wrong - then Paulie isn't actually a good fighter, and it was my own human error for believing it. Therefore Cotto can only get limited props.

Whereas, if Paulie beats a good fighter in Cotto, then, because Cotto is established as a good fighter with decent skills and decent pop, i can give full props to Paulie.
