With all due to respect to Bashir, it's not him who made Usyk a champ. I am sure he taught Olexander some secretes of a trade, especially only pro-related stuff. But even straight after amateurs Usyk would have been a tough cookie for anyone in cruiser. He is very underrated and mostly because he came from the same Olympic class as arguable top 5 amateur ever.

Sucks for Bashir but it's a good move imo. Anatoly has already moulded Usyk's style to a large extent and it just needs some tweeking and perfecting now

I would like some of the other Ukrainians from Anatoly's amateur squad to rejoin him too

Khytrov needs Anatoly right now, but maybe he isn't all that good and that's it.

It seems that Anatoly becomes also the old new Head trainer of Gvozdyk.

When I was reading the title of the thread I couldn't believe Salido turned into a trainer

Loma fans, chill, I'm just kidding
Anyway, it's time to start Lomachenko promotions

Papachenko is a special talent as a trainer, he helped Ukranian team achieve the victory twice at two Olympic games and has his own unorthodox style of training

Usyk gonna be a huge problem for everybody out here

The man is a dazzling walking demolition!

I expect him to improve and clean out at 200 and then move up to heavyweight!

Best guy who can beat him at cruiserweight is possibly a prime Murat Gassiev(Usyk prolly will have already faced him b4 that and beaten him to move up to heavy) and Grigory Drozd(injury probably took everything from him)!

Looking forward to his fights, one of the most close to complete fighters in the game! Just missing absolute killer instinct and use of pull counters(for his size and length he'd be nearly impossible to beat with that ace up his sleeve).

Gassiev would be too slow for Usyk, that would be similar to Glowacki fight where Usyk didn't want to trade shots with a fighter who can punch and just outboxed him with using the footwork and controlling the distance

agreed, even if Gassiev reaches his prime and faces Usyk it would still be a very tough uphill battle for Murat due to Usyk's footspeed, movement, length, and boxing skills!

Usky beats Gassiev, Lebedev, Doritos, Shumenov, Briedis, Bellew, and etc.

Do you think a prime cruiserweight David Haye has a shot to beat Usky?

Talking prime David Haye who had speed and above average cruiserweight power!

                      Good show
