Nah, I think Arum is just booking fights based on what the other fighters are asking for, and he's trying to push Horn because Horn will take anything.

I don't see that. Granted Horn is likely to get peanuts, but the cost of any Manny fight is all about Manny so its more arguable that Manny needing a 8 digit guarantee for most guys, but only a 7 digit guarantee for Horn & those kinda guys could be what Arum is deciding things on or steering Manny into whatever the case there with behind the scenes sh^t.

from what i understand, yes, it'll be in april. and freddie has already voice his concern that he wants a full camp with no distraction for the crawford fight. seeing how its already feb, and they're still looking for an opponent, it just cant be TC, the timing and everything is off.
