Sports seems to be professional slavery! The core message of sport which is competition and honor seems to be disappearing! I am not sure whether you can trust the anti-doping agencies ether.....

Conor Mcgregor should take his case to the international court of human rights! it would not be the first time that athletes taken that sort of action...

You have to respect Floyd Mayweather in being his own boss! deep down i think Conor Mcgregor idolizes Floyd Mayweather!

Who da fuq cares about this fight, seriously ? McGregor is lazy as shyt with his punching, his timing is truly awful. Mayweather wouldn't even need train and he'd routinely slap him into submission, McGregor wouldn't land a solitary punch.

I'm looking for that Muhammad Ali Act angle to come into play sometime soon cuz it'll take months for that to be resolved legally.

Thats assuming this is all for real which I'm till not entirely sold on from anyone's side. But if nothing else I could see Conor using this to get his UFC contract, which I believe to be an illegal contract that won't hold in court, voided.
The Muhammad Ali Act looming in the background is very intriguing indeed.

I think even Dana White is somewhat concerned about it.

If he won them all by KO it would be much bigger but I don't think will be up for it in another 2-4 yrs.

If Dana says no it appears that it, I don't think Conor fully understands the consequences of going against the UFC contract in court.

Watch Dana White is going to throw Conor McGregor in with nothing but tough guys like Khabib now until someone beats him badly or mutliple times, watch he will throw him in with Tyron Woodley and have Tyron destroy him at 170 so Conor marketing value will drop after contract.

What the **** are some of you talking about? Those UFC contracts always been this way.

The fighters don't sign a contract every fight. They sign for a certain amount of fights and they have to respect it.

In Conor's case, how can he still want to call out Mayweather when his dumb ass self can't even defend a belt.

Ever since he started MMA he never once defended a belt.

A couple random quotes about UFC contracts & business practices for those unaware or think a contract is a contract.

This is about GSP's ongoing issue with the UFC. GSP was in Conor's position as the UFC's #1 draw a few years back before he retired.
James Quinn is currently handling St-Pierre’s legal affairs, and he recently spoke about his UFC contract. He deemed that the deal, which includes the controversial “Ancillary Rights Clause” and “Champion’s Clause”, is “something out of the 1940s.”

"I've done a lot of work in sports. When I read that contract, I was blown away by how restrictive it is," Quinn told MMA Fighting.

"They're basically tying him up for life. They have no rights and they own all of his licensing and all the other things. It's unheard of in the other professional sports. And they won't get away with it forever."

He says those types of contracts aren’t seen in sporting organizations today, and once placed under the scrutiny of the law, would be found illegal. Another issue GSP’s team has, is that the contract was signed long before the Reebok deal was put in place, and trying to enforce that new provision may be challenged in court as well.

Quinn also mentioned the on-going anti-trust lawsuit against the UFC when speaking about St-Pierre’s situation.

"You couldn't get away with any old contract in any of the other sports," Quinn said. "There is litigation in that aspect of a class-action lawsuit that challenges the contract as being illegal under the NHS laws. That case is ongoing, and I think that under the law's terms, I don't think the contract -- that formal contract -- is likely to stand up. Not in today's world. It's a pretty nice form of slavery."

Fedor Emelianenko, a legendary MMA fighter some consider the best fighter ever, wouldn't even sign with the UFC upon seeing the UFC contract.
"I'm not ready to fight under the contract conditions that was offered by the UFC on the terms that they decided," said Fedor. "Contract was just draconian and oppressive. I'm not ready to sign such an enslaving contract.
