Floyds style is very hit and miss.

Here is an example Carmelo Anthony has no sense of style he is dressed now by a stylist you can see his style transformation, this dude was mad ****** style horrible taste and this was early to mid 2000s you can see him on the right wearing a tailored suit and on the left is his REAL style what he thought looked nice

it comes from their native african sense of color/style. You ever seen african colors and how they dress? Not only do most african countries' flags have the color green and yellow and such in them (and orange etc) but that's how they dress in the street.
African people are very gaudy that's why rappers love ***elry and wear all sort of **** that bedazzles them

I believe he is just expressing himself, black athletes/actors/celebrities have always been at the forefront of enigmatic fashion! you only have to look back to the 1970's, disco/funk era of music...

Floyd Mayweather has always dressed quite decent in my opinion, he does not really dress like the mainstream hip-hop crowd (Who i think dress quite ******ed at times!)

But of late (If those pictures are recent?), he does seem to be getting out of hand slightly! its probably just a phase he is going through....
