    yes it was. 40 million flat offer killed the fight for 4 years. floyd still didnt' fight when pac agreed to testing so not sure how you can use that line of reasoning. floyd would have fought if manny just agreed....cept he did and he didn't fight until showtime forced him. it was claerly floyd but you are a fanboy. essentially you are saying pac didn't call his bluff fast enough yet you aren't blaming floyd at all for bluffing adn after being caught in a bluff changing everything. 40 million flat offer lmao you were prob one of the people saying pac was ducking for not taking it
