I'd read the full article If the first few words from Stiverne weren't so absurd, Luis Ortiz is clearly more respected and held higher in the rankings than Stiverne.
Not to mention Stiverne ducked the Povetkin fight now he is ducking the chance to fight Luis Ortiz.

Also both promoted by Hearn, take into account Ortiz openly wants Wilder I expect he will pursue the WBC route as opposed to waiting for a Joshua/Klitschko shot early 2018 after the Pulev IBF mandatory which has already been placed on hold.
