He is a product of the German/Sauerland system where the promoters set them up in fights for vacant paper belts against hopeless opposition and then they defend against nobodies. Culcay beat another Germany-based fighter ranked 128th in the division by boxrec for his belt. I am surprised they would fight Andrade, even in Germany. They must figure he is good enough to last the distance

Andrade is wasting his career. This late in age, he should facing tier 1 fighters. Not fighters that people have to ask "who's that?"
