      8 week training camps became standard when fighters realized it took 8 weeks for all PEDs to leave the body. Of course you had the occasional "slow excreter", hence the 10 or 12 week camp. lol
      Vada testing is a game changer, so you'll see more guy like Nemo Herredia being hired (drug pushers, who are knowledgeable enough to beat any drug test

        12 weeks is what i think most professional's should be doing.
