Also I've never seen any judge turn in a score card with Mikey losing. I know for a FACT can't say the same for Easter.

I don't think people will be clamouring for it as Easter isn't that established. Nevertheless the lightweight division needs cleaning up and Mikey looks like the man to do that.
Exactly. Easter is too green for Mikey he should wait and fight better competition first. The 1st decent fighter he fought he went life and death with. A lot of ppl felt Commy won that fight also.

I'm a Robert Easter fan but he don't need to fight Mikey Garcia yet. That's not a good idea at the moment maybe a few more fights then he'll be ready. He still has to sharpen his skills. Now Rances vs Mikey Garcia would be a good fight. But other than Mikey moving up to fight Crawford would be his only challenge. Adrien Broner I don't see him ever fighting Mikey.

Boxing fans are so reactionary, how can anyone think this is an easy fight for Mikey? That vicious KO is too fresh in the memory...

Easter is the real deal, he has a huge height and reach advantage over Mikey and would force Mikey to be the aggressor, which isn't his style. This is a very competitive fight and I would probably give the slight edge to Easter.

Tltle of the thread is, "How long until the talk turns to Robert Easter vs Mikey Garcia?"

I have no clue. As you can see, people are not ready for this fight. Either one or the other is not ready yet. It's as if there is one available for Mikey, who suffered no injuries in his last fight and want an immediate fight. Linares won't even make it on time and it involves Mikey going inactive for at least 4-6 months if he waits for Linares.

Mega event what the heck are you talking about? People don't know who Robert Easter is. If they want to keep Robert Easter on the up and up they will keep him away from Mikey. Mikey has too much skill and too much experience. Easter's only accomplishment was a very close fight against Commey. Robert needs to build himself up not get derailed so early in his career.

                      Lomenchenko ain't my boy.

Mikey was dropped by an arm punch from Martinez that wouldn't topple a box of girl-scout cookies.

Easter would lodge his foot up Mikey's ass.

He's a mexican with a puerto rican chin.
