i think a lot of the bold claims about spence and the shouts of 'brook is overrated' might start to get reigned in once the fight date approaches. Can see a lot of posters getting nervous. Brook is bookies favourite for a reason.

The reason so many people have doubts about Brook is because what he's done as a WW champion. Danny Garcia gets way more criticism for who he has fought as a champion, yet Brook's resume is just as weak! If Brook would've challenged Jermall Charlo or Erislandy Lara at 154 (where he belongs) more fans would show him some love! Brook made it very clear, that he didn't want this fight, and we'll soon find out why!

Hearn is not one bit happy with this I say...

I know brook gets a hard time, and his record against top fighters isn't exactly world champion material (but who's is these days) but I really feel, and I've said it since he won the title, I really believe brook wants these fights. It's Hearn who doesn't....
Hearn wants to keep titles HOSTAGE in England for as long as possible until he can cash out on a big fight....
But I feel brook was just like that fck this, I will fight Spence, brook under a different promoter would of thrived I think. It's Hearn is the poison,not brook.... IMO

The fight isn't signed yet and it appears that the IBF had to back them into a corner by saying Spence fights for the title with or without Brook. It's a high risk moderate reward fight. I'm sure Brook would rather fight Khan for more money and less risk of getting ktfo.

I don't get how Brook keep saying they're only after big paying fights when Brook has spent his whole career fighting Euro bums for little money. Against Porter, his biggest win he took home 250k. Biggest payday was against GGG where Hearn pretty much sold him out for the money.

Brook wouldn't fight Guerrero,Malignaggi or Peterson. 3 fighters that Garcia recently beat. Yet people **** on Garcia and praise Brook. Brook backed out of fights with Rios, Chavez, Vargas and Bradley. I guess in today's era, beating one legit fighter and getting smashed by GGG considers you elite and a hall of famer.

Brook is the one saying he doesn't want the fight against Spence. He wants to fight Khan, which proves nothing. He had the chance to fight Vargas in the UK and unify titles but complained about the money and choose to take the money and get smashed by GGG. Brook has been a pro for over 10 years and never really made the effort to take on the big fights and now he and Hearn believe like he's only entitled to big fights and big pay days?
