Not a robbery, more of a gift decision. You could have Ward ahead if you give him every benefit of the doubt, but not if all 3 judges give him a must win round he clearly lost.

The undercard fight was already more corrupt, but the bigger the fight, the bigger the controversy. That's how PAC Jmm 3 (closer than Kovalev Ward) got voted Ring fan robbery of the year over Lara vs Pwill, a real robbery.

The more years pass the more Ward's reputation will stink if in the end he doesn't give Kovalev a rematch. Ward will be remembered as the son of judges just because of this aftertaste. People don't forget this stuff.

I don't know what people mean when they say "Bad decision but it wasn't a robbery".

If he won and didn't get the win he got robbed... Doesn't really matter if it was 2 points or 20 points.

i think the most frustrating thing about this was the inevitability of it all. Once them 3 american judges were announced and the fight went the distance, i think everyone knew kovalev was going to get shafted. They were never going to let ward lose his 0 to a russian.

Not a robbery, but definitely some bias there. Pretty unbelievable that the judges gave Ward the 10th rd. More unbelievable that not one gave it to Kovalev in a clear round that proved to be pivotal.
