Nocho is the best option, better than both Robert and Freddy. Plus Nacho is not delusional. Too much experience and many Champions, just the work alone with Marquez is awsome. The work with Finito Lopez. Im definitely rooting for Chavez. The only advantage Canelo has now are the combinations. Power and stamina should be about the same. Chavez should have the weight advantage.

In my opinion Nacho has the most time to dedicate

Great choice for him. If there's one thing Nacho can do better than anyone, it's exploit a weakness when he finds it. I'd really like to see the version of Chavez Jr that showed up against John Duddy again. That was the only time I really saw him apply himself. If Nacho can vrunf him back to that form, it'll be really interesting to see how Canelo does against someone bigger than him who can eat his best punches.

But if the usual Chavez Jr shows up, we have one of two options. He gets out boxed as he did against Martinez, or comes in drained and gets beaten up badly.

The great nacho has a tough task trying to teach this kid. Honestly this boxer/trainer duo don't mix...skill wise i don't think jr can execute the style of boxing nacho implements. No mention of heredia"memo" in any of this? I think that's where they key to victory for jr lies lol.

There's a great interview from back in 2011 where Nacho talks about Chavez Jr and Canelo:

At present, the young fighter is the WBC titleholder and has two defenses under his belt. We asked specifically if Beristain felt “Canelo” was brought up to soon to a belt.

“No, he has already a lot of fights,” answered Beristain of the 38-0-1 (28) fighter. “What happens is they put him against a lot of punching bags, bad fighters and old. [In Mexico], they call him ‘The Murderer of the Elderly.’
“Who is better?” I asked. “Saul Alvarez or Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.?”

“I think both are bad, bad,” said Beristain. “‘Canelo’ has fought a lot of fighters that are good-for-nothing.”
“There is a boxer called Sergio Martinez, who is a sensational fighter, a great athlete and great boxer,” said Beristain. “I believe he is the best Argentinean technical boxer I have ever seen and they took away his title in a ****** manner.

“Freddie Roach [trainer of Pacquiao, Chavez Jr. and middleweight contender Peter Quillin] recently told me that he felt Martinez was a good athlete but not a good boxer,” said Beristain. I asked him, “Do you agree?”

“No way. Have [Roach] throw ‘Julito’ [Chavez Jr.] in with [Martinez],” he answered. “That man beats them both, Julio and the guy from Guadalajara [Alvarez] the same night
