it's because of the steady stream of genuine insight from you and a handful of others on this Site--each, no doubt long-time, deeply knowledgeable students of boxing--that makes this forum such a treasure for boxing fans like myself.

given that your post mocking Freddie Roach's serious medical condition seems out of character and if nothing else just encourages the trolls.

Roach knows pac beat cotto. He didn't see nelo match pac. Neko should have been able to do what PAC did

        Roach is 100% right

I thought the result of that fight was disgusting , I'm with Roach on this one , cotto should of won that fight on the score cards comfortably , but the judges are corrupt golden boy and their fighter canelo is worth more money so the judges must of been bought , no way did canelo win that fight , yes he threw the harder punches when he did land in some rounds but he did not win enough rounds , cotto's ring generalship was better, his defence was better , his jab landed more , he was robbed completely . And making fun out of Roach and Parkinson's you nasty people it could happen to you , Parkinson's effect motor skills and body movements it does not effect thought process thinking or judgement , stop being cruel.

Thats convenient for Canelo, Canelo has an opening in September (somebody better "play ball" in their negotiations, I'M LOOKING AT YOU TRIPLE G), or he'll be another year older before his first big fight... AND Canelo would have two consecutive 1 Mil PPV's. Clearly establishing himself as the "face" of boxing.

I wish Canelo fights the now old Cotto again so that with one punch, he sends him flying back to Caguas, Puelto Lico

Honestly I didn't even think the 1st fight was that close it looked like out of respect for Cotto Canelo didn't go for the KO? I mean their was a few late rounds where you could clearly see Canelo let up???

Total BS, in other words, Roach wants another big payday. That's what's really going on.

Of course, he wants that fight. It means more money for him as a trainer.
Roach doesn't give a damn about the fight itself but more so the pay.

Overrrated Trainer, imo. He hasn't won anything as a trainer in quite a while now.

Cotto is done, he is irrelevant, nobody cares. They sold no tix for the Kirkland circus. He is just fulfilling his contract to get his cash and is literally begging Canelo so Cotto and Roach can cash out one more time.

Roach is embarrassing himself. The fight wasn't close canelo won comfortably and the only reason cotto didn't get kod was because he was on his bike all night. Cotto wanted a tactical fight rather then a brawl and got outboxed. If he stands and trades more he leaves himself open to get countered and put to sleep.
