Comments Thread For: Hughie Fury Confident: I Will Beat Parker, Bring Title Back To UK!

WBO world heavyweight mandatory challenger Hughie Fury is ready for his shot at Joseph Parker. Speaking on the TalkSport Breakfast show on Thursday, unbeaten Fury revealed: "I'm going to beat Joseph Parker. We're not in this to go in half-hearted and be the challenger. I'm winning the title!"

Joseph Parker's team would be wise to demand VADA, taking into account the history of drug abuse in the Fury family. What a disgusting thought of being forced to get in the ring with the human-Zit -- he should be suspended for lack of hygiene ; dirty Gypsy! I am repulsed by the thought of Parker resting his head on the infected boils filled with waste of dead white-cells!

Hughie beating Parker will not be aN UPSET at all in the UK

average Hughie Fury can beat to vastly overrated KIwi nothing Joey weak Parker. Parker is an unbuilt slow boxing bum who got Helanius type attention. Go for Hughie off a decision. Nothing worth while has ever come out of new Zealand-EVER

There's one who shouldn't have the title and one who shouldn't be fighting for it.

Disgraceful to the sport! Hughie refused to participate in a tournament to establish the mandatory but the American 'Big Baby' Miller was willing to take part in the tournament yet this is the reward for his willingness and clean/fair conduct ; passed over a drugs cheater whos cousin provided him a opportunity in doing drugs himself. I'm so upset.

I enjoyed Parker against Ruiz, he showed some grit especially in the 2nd half of that fight, and real improvement over his fight against Takam. His last 4 fights have been credible. The same cannot be said about Fury who has been inactive by comparison. Overlooking whether this fight should even take place or not, I fancy Parker for a stoppage.

Lmaooo at everyone ripping apart both fighters

That said, I'm going with Parker by stoppage, Hughie will not pressure Parker like Ruiz did and also doesn't punch as hard!

Look forward to see Parker look like his old self, letting his hands and showing his hand speed!

A gate keeper, challenging a contender, for his paper championship...

Random fun fact, if you go to WBA's official website, check out their Heavyweight rankings, you will notice they think the WBO 200+ crown is vacant:

It's almost like WBA cares as much about Parker being a champion as the fans do.

I cannot see any other outcome than Fury via wide decision.
Hes technically good and fast for a HW with a good jab, cant see Parker landing clean.
