Welterweight 6 years ago was pretty top heavy with Floyd, PAC , cotto, margarito, Mosley , Williams

And welterweight in the late 70s and early 80s with Duran, leanord, hearns, Benitez, cuavas , palomino

Idk welter has always kind of been stacked I guess.
