    Artur Beterbiev's promoter won a purse bid Thursday for the right to promote the IBF light heavyweight elimination match between contenders Beterbiev and Sullivan Barrera. The purse bid took place Thursday afternoon at the IBF's headquarters in Springfield, New Jersey. Quebec's Yvon Michel, Beterbiev's promoter, won with a bid of $251,000. Main Events, the New Jersey company that promotes Barrera, bid just over $181,000.

            basically if smith takes the adonis fight he gives us not only the adonis fight but he allows beterbiev vs barrera to take place..

            the superman stevenson curse could rear it's ugly head if smith decides to go another direction.
