    Keith Thurman at 154.

I like Thurman and I'm pretty sure he'll stay at 147 but if he decides to move up to 154 how do you like his chances vs the top fighters?

    The Charlo Brothers
    Andrade
    Lara
    Canelo
    J Rock

He went 1-3 against Andrade in the amateurs

Keith is an average size welter, I don't see him doing too well at 154

This is a recent interview, he says he's staying at 147 for at least another 2 years

I'm a Thurman fan but I think he is small compared to current JrMW - Charlos, Lara & Andrade.. They might have too much power & longer reach to keep Thurman at bay all evening..

That's true. Plus Keith has constantly and publicly stated that he's trying to be an undisputed Welter.

It's probably an optical illusion thing. I myself thought he looked bigger than most welterweights, but he's actually not.

not good. hes not even one of the top welters in my opinion. guys like pac, brook and spence would crush him. maybe he can baldomir/floyd his way into the top spot but that was a different time. only one guy to avoid was marg. its hard to avoid many guys as floyd fought out....retirement time!

Yeah, I think size is the issue here. I do remember Thurman said he'd would move up to 154 to fight Canelo a couple of years ago.

he'd do well. 154 is pretty weak.

He's stuffed at 154, he does not possess the all round skill set to move up in weight! Fighters usually move up in weight classes due to ether being massive at the weight or? their ring IQ, and technical abilities being far beyond their opponents.

Keith Thurman has none of them attributes, in my opinion! At 147, i think he is inside his perfect operating window! he has power at the weight, and decent enough speed etc

The only welters that could have success at 154 is Spence and brook everyone else will not survive the charlos.
