Also, while Froch can sometimes come across as bitter, Ward has come across worse recently with some of his comments about the Kovalev decision. He's having a hard time convincing himself that he won.
That said, Froch does come off as bitter and petty at times.

True words from Ward. Hatton was and is exactly the same when talking about Floyd. Floyd and ward gave nothing but respect after and since their fight's, yet all they get back is dissed.

Froch does come across like that when talking about Ward.
I've seen similar from Ward though. I remember how bitter him and Virgil sounded around the time Froch rematched Kessler. Virgil with his talk of 2 'eurobots fighting' and Ward sounded bitter as a lemon when doing commentary the fight.
I don't think they were happy that Ward had beat them both, yet here those 2 guys are, there was a buzz around the rematch and it was a fight people were looking forward to.
There is a hint of arrogance/bitterness around his comments on the notion of people scoring the fight for Kovalev also.
All fighters get like that, guys like Froch , but guys like Ward himself also.

It must piss off ward no end that Gonzalez is still ranked no.1 P4P. He wants that recognition as the world's best and Froch crapping on him makes his cornflakes taste sour in the morning. Just imagine him choking on his cereal as he reads his smart phone.

"You've got to remember that. It's not here in America, that's not in Vegas, it's not in New York, that's a domestic fight, so there's a difference."
