Linares, Flanagan and Easter are all fights that should have no road blocks and have the added bonus of being good fights for Mikey. Let the guy do his work at 135 and stop pushing these guys to move up all the ****ing time. I mean if he moved to 140 and beat Crawford, mother****ers would be like, he needs to move to 147 and fight (insert name here). If fighters listened to some of you guys. Once they got a title their careers would be over in 4-5 fights, tops.

I really like Mikey a lot but styles make fights and he should stay faraway from Bud and Lomo.

Funny that all these people want Mikey to move up, well not just Mikey, they want Loma to move to fight Mikey. They want Crawford to move up to 147. Yet they are ok with GGG not moving up and challenging himself. The excuse of unifying titles is only good for GGG and not any other fighter. Mikey should stay at 135 and unify titles and move up after that if that's what he wants.

Everyone needs to move up but GGG. The hypocrisy

I mean, there's a difference though. These guys (trainers and fighters) know better. They know Schaefer and Arum aren't gonna do business. This is the second TR fighter they mention in a week. I'm just starting to think it's all for hype purposes.

Linares just called them out so why aren't they talking about him instead?

They're constantly asked about Loma and Crawford by people who follow them around. Same people who celebrated when Mikey was leaving Arum. They want their cake and eat it too. They won't even ask about Haymon fighters, the guys he's supposed to be fighting, just like Canelo fighting HBO fighters when he join them.

Linares has a fight end of March.

I mean, it doesn't matter if Linares has a fight or not. It's still a fight that is doable unlike the other two.

Linares is a GBP fighter. Don't know if Schafer and Hoya would work together. They probably would as Showtime is covering the Crolla/Linares fight.

Even then Mikey has to wait for at least 6 months. Linares fight is 2 months away. One month rest, another month for negotiations, then 2 months for training and promotion. 6 months if they get lucky. Point is Mikey can fight tomorrow as he barely had any scratches from his last fight. He needs to fight someone to stay busy.

Not impossible but just much more better match ups and more winnable fights for Mikey like Broner, Pacquiao Mikey should go after to the guys around his own height not take on Crawford who's maybe 2-3 fights away from full time at 147

He actually stayed with GBP? Scratch that then.

Idk who left and stayed in this whole mess.
