Not sure how they deal with Boxers, but theyre currently having a real look into cycling, shows they aren't afraid to go for the big guns if theres concern.

They are = to USADA. They basically cannot be paid off, not saying agencies like them cannot be involved in cover ups but it would be difficult, because they are paid by the taxpayers and they have an international reputation to protect.
