Comments Thread For: Omar Figueroa Back in Training, Ring Return Being Worked On

Former WBC lightweight titlist Omar Figueroa (26-0-1, 18 KOs) was dormant in 2016 but he's now back in training and he's returned to Indio, California to work with Joel Diaz. His hands and his weight were the problem.

Hopefully he can get down south of welterweight because he could do alright down there, at 147 and above it just seems like he would get eaten up by anyone with real firepower or ability.

Anyone getting excited about this guy is just waiting to be let down again. His work ethic is garbage and he admitted that he prefers spending his time playing video games than training.
