As long as Bob Arum is living, you'll likely never see either of those fights happened; Oscar thought he may have something in Vargas, and he's likely just seen his fighter ruined.

Terry Flanagan (WBO champion), Crolla/Linares winner (WBA champion), and Robert Easter Jr (IBF champion; with Easter being so young, it's quite likely that he's going to just miss Mikey before Garcia moves up to 140lbs) are all on the hit list, in fights that should be interesting as well.

Mikey is going to float between LA and Las Vegas and he's going to do some serious business.
