Who will be more likely to challenge Crawford first? Mikey Garcia, Adrien Broner, or Manny Pacquiao? MIkey should target Pacquiao @ 140, if not Pacquiao, then Broner, and last, but definitely NOT the least, is Crawford!

pac will fight Crawford first. if you know how arum works, everything happens for a reason. manny will fight Crawford at the end of 2017, if not at that time and manny is still fighting in 2018 then early 2018.
