Well, would he want the paper title or the chance to raise his profile against Kell Brook?

He wants the belt because it brings bigger fights. A concept Brook doesn't seem to understand. What raises his profile more. A fight against Brook at 154 with not belt, who isn't known in the U.S. & Spence is a U.S. based fighter, or a belt that leads to fights with other 147 belt holders?
