To my understanding, they notify these fighters when they get ranked. And...

Kovalev has been ranked AT LEAST since December. It's been a month now.

So 1 month. Meanwhile you have guys like Bradley and Spence that have had what half a year to enroll and haven't? Shouldn't they have been dropped from the rankings the same time guys like Haye were?

Spencer has no title and I'm sure he's being ranked for a while now. Interesting

Ranked by the IBF...not WBC, they just tried to pull his name and Bradleys out earlier this month and claim they were mandatory to fight..

I can understand Kovalev. He just got ranked by WBC so hadn't had the time to register yet.
