Any updates? He hasn't fought in over a year. In a damn close, dead-even fight with BJS.

Why didn't the WBO order a rematch? Usually they do in dead-even contests like that; or at least offer Lee an immediate shot in an elimination, which if he won would put him right back in position for the rematch.


He's literally fallen off the face of the earth! I think I've read one article in the past 2-3 months where he talked about wanting to fight Jacobs - maybe more like 5 months ago, because it was long before GGG/Jacobs was even in negotiations.

Rumours were that when Andy lee trained with Adam Booth he used to spar Chris Eubank Jnr frequently and got absolutely rekt'd on a weekly basis. It got so bad he considered retirement, I think hes still in that place now.

Don't know what he's up to. Occasionally he does some media work but that's it. His wife is an artist and he's sort of involved in that whole scene now as well. He was in a play about Chekhov last year, acting.

I think he's looking for one or two big fights and then he'll call it a day. Don't think he's going to be working his way through the rankings anymore.
