Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't seem like any big fights happen there anymore when I know it was a mecca in the '90s. Was it the Chris Christy bankrupting the state thing? Just wondering why no big fights go down there anymore.
Why Aren't Big Fights held in Atlantic City anymore?

I think it has more to do with ******** being legalized in other nearby areas, so people stopped going to ACComment

AC is dead. Now that they have casinos in Baltimore and DC it's going to get even worse. Mohegan Sun in Connecticut is another one they don't go to anymore. But AC desperately wants and NEEDS sportsbooks. If that happens they will thrive, but they keep getting denied.Comment

Oh wow. Ha. Thanks for the breakdown. I just remember seeing so many fights taking place there in the 90s and thought the other day why in the world don't fights ever happen there anymore? I hate to see it fade into the darkness. Some great match-ups went down there.AC has literally dead compared to the 90s.. the casinos are under major loss and some of them are also shutting down.. the crowd which lurkes in the casino isn't the same type like they used to be back in the day.. all we see are old people ******** their pension money..Comment
