This is a huge fight and big business..................
90K crowd is going to bring in a boat load of money. This is what boxing is about. I'm happy to see both men cash in on this opportunity. This will set both men up for life and send Klitschko into retirement well paid, not that he isn't already. I like to see the athletes who take all the risk get fairly rewarded. $$$$$$$$$$

The have coaches/buses (probably to seat around 50 people..suppose it depends on the demand). They run from certain towns/cities and will take you to Wembley and bring you home afterwards. I'm about 4/5 hours away by road, but it's a decent option if the train or hotels aren't available.
Prices vary depending on your location, and can be pretty costly, i think seats were about £40 from my area.

I think Hearn has an option were you can buy a Matchroom season pass (or something similar in name) and one of the perks is early access to tickets..or something like that, but i've never looked into it.
I think a chunk of his tickets go to Stubhub as well who sell them on, but i've had iffy experience with them in the past so try to avoid them.

I'm not 100% sure, but it may just be for Wembley fights, as i got an email for this fight and also when Froch faced Groves.

Are these run by some assigned transport company which matchroom or wembley owns? Where do you buy these kind of tickets? Online/Specific Bus Terminals?
