boxing threads completely fall apart when the fans start talking about the business side of it. There will be two canelo vs chavez jr fights this year, don't believe we'll be seeing canelo vs golovkin and more than likely the saunders fight actually happens because K2 will need a fighter with a name in the fall for a ppv, unless Eubank decides to actually fight it's more than likely saunders.

Maybe Errol Spence should leave Al Haymon too. Maybe Lomachenko should leave Arum for not getting him any good fights at 126. No Leo Santa Cruz, Mares, Frampton, Cuellar. Maybe Gary Russell should get a new advisor to get him some top competition. Its the same all the place, doesnt matter what promoter. Their formula is Low risk high reward.

Not every fighter wants to fight four times a year. Most of them actually like fighting once a year. So the promoter has to step up when your fighter wants to fight 4 times a year, which I admit is nearly impossible, but when you see this Loeffler guy not even trying it's time to get rid of him.

At this point i'm hoping for the best outcome. We want specific fights but i'll take anything worthy of ppv money these days.

Saunders will wait for Canelo

Canelo will continue doing his thing..... he will select Saunders if/when the time is right, BEFORE he fights Golovkin.....

..... which may not be for another 3/4 fights, because Cotto will probably be next, and they have already discussed fighting Lemieux.....

..... his schedule could be, Chavez > Cotto > Lemieux/Saunders

Canelo/Golovkin may not happen until September 2018

Golovkin should have taken that 15mil and contracted Canelo to 2017..... anything could happen, he may not even get that fight.

WBO just ordered Saunders to fight. Khurtsidze as his next in line mandatory. Surely Tom Loeffler should be stepping in by now, to secure the Saunders fight.

Questions:
Does WBO permit unification bouts to be made (in stead of the mandatory defenses that is mandated)?

Does Khurtsidze accept a step-aside fee?

Golovkin repeatedly says he wants to fight four times a year. So why is Loeffler not talking to promoters? There is Lara who's been calling him out for years. There's Saunders, Eubanks, etc. Can Loeffler at least plant seeds to pave way for his client's next fight?

Did you follow boxing last year at all? Doesn't sound like it.

Would you rather have him fight once vs Jacobs on ppv, or twice vs Tureano and Ndam on HBO? That's the trade-off, anyone with a name wants ppv purses and those take longer to make.

It's really odd you keep making this post, when Loeffler is doing such an amazing promoter job. Nobody has done better lately
