          Yep, if you have a history of PED use then you want random testing in place for at least 3 months. Pity though, would have been a legacy building fight fight for the winner.

                  I said this yesterday that PED cheats won't be on the phone list which include Wawrzyk, Povetkin, Wach or Ortiz. Stiverne & Whyte both had banned substances but were found to be energy drinks or something so I'm sure they are ok but still have failed test history. He already beat Szpilka, Stiverne, Duhaupas so that narrows it down to a handful of choices depending on what the new January WBC rankings say. If Rudenko is still in the top 15 I expect him or Washington to be named the opponent or possibly David Price. Well you can't really blame the guy as 2 of his recent fights his opponent failed a test for PEDS. His team don't want to waste anymore time & that is what happens when the opponent fails a test & the event doesn't go on. He doesn't want to take any chances losing anymore money & he wants to keep this event on for the payday.
