Frampton can sell out 10,000 seats in Belfast fighting literally anyone!! He's been doing before he even won a world title. I should know I've been watching him fight since he was an amateur.

Tell me right now how Conlan has a bigger name in Ireland than Frampton?? He doesn't even have a pro fight under his belt, just a bit of mouthing to the camera after an amateur fight.

And please don't be ******, Conlan had a bigger name than Frampton (in the republic) waaayyyyy before the last Olympics, the Irish team was showen regularly on RTE, they were in the papers and their was a lot of talk about the high performance squad under Billy Walsh....

Most people in Ireland, besides the hardcore and more than casual fan don't really know Frampton, they certainly won't stay up till 4-5 in the morning to watch him fight, or buy the fight....
Conlan talked about how the British were trying to claim him and shot it down (Google it) he fights for Ireland, he Will carry the tri colour,...... Frampton hops on which ever side he thinks he Will get the best response from, come on man really, do you not think that Frampton should have a waaaayyyyy bigger fan base than is the case if people in Ireland actually got behind him!!

People will get behind jason Quigley, Michael conlan and paddy Barnes, just wait and see the difference when Barnes and conlan get a few fights under their belt,
We will return to this thread and you will see the fan base conlan has compared to Frampton.......
