Erm, I don't know about that one. It was a great performance, don't get me wrong but through those middle rounds there was little of the sweet science and a lot mroe of holding, pushing off, the odd headbutt and elbow...it was a tricky performance (best way to put it lol) rather than a boxing one.

I'll add Oscar v Tito, Pacquiao v Barrera (the attack to the body and taking away the supposed superior boxers jab was class), Ali v Liston/Frazier 2/3 and Willilams, Leonard v Duran 2 and Hagler.

There are so many more but these just popped into my mind.

I just realized Pacquiao was such a great body puncher back in his lower weight days, the all of a sudden in the dela hoya fight he turned to a full on head hunter from then on.

so true. Last summer I watched a lot of Pac sub 135 work and he was ferocious to the body. He wore guys like Barrera, Ledwabo, Larios and co out with tremendous body shots. It wasnt a big volume of body punches like a young Hatton or Chavez sr but it was precise and devastating.

Roberto Duran vs Carlos Palomino is the greatest display of in-fighting there is on film.
